Ways to make the ecosystem and the econamy better

You know how people are worring about the pollution, gas prices riseing, and the econamy going wrong. Well in this thread is where you can talk about it. Share your ideas with us, with me, with the world.

I will give my ideas and possibly even put my ideas into action. I will listen to what you have to say and even help with it.
My first idea is to ban fireworks. Why? Is what you may ask. Well since fireworks are fired during the 3rd and 4th of July that causes pollution. Also since you can just buy fireworks, people can fire them off and any given moment. So I personally think that fireworks should be banned so they can stop the pollution.

Now let me hear of your ideas.

 

Personally I think they should already start making Electric cars. I heard of a teenager somewhere in the Northern USA that had converted his truck to run on Electricity only. He was only a teenager. The real question is that why the companies aren't mass producing these already.

I also believe that Hydrogen Fuel Cells may work as another alternative fuel source, but it would increase intake of Water, as I believe the fuel would be water. The good thing is that is is supposed to give out oxygen.

But on topic, the 4th of July etc causes actually not much pollution at all. I don't think fireworks should be banned.

What I do think should happen is more research into alternative fueling methods than oil. If we weren't so dependent upon it and could open more jobs in the countries for alternate fuel methods, we'd be helping the economy, giving other methods of travel and boosting jobs so it would be a positive. Also, doing such, we could offer the supplies to other places as well, selling vehicles etc at a price similar to gas guzzlers, which means benefit for other places and more boost to economy too. In the end, I think dependence on oil is what needs to go and electric cars, hydrogen cars, hybrids, and the bio oil may be the way to go for the future. Lowering CO2 emissions as well will help resolve pollution problems, which would be done by this examination into alternative traveling methods. So, it would seem a win-win scenario there all around except for the jerk corps who depend on oil for their business. We all know sooner or later oil won't be around any way so it is better to start thinking ahead. Really, if our older generations cared, they'd have been on this a lot sooner and today we'd all be driving around in more efficient vehicles. But at least we can do it now.

 

i have heard of oil running low in some parts of earth but can't you make more energy os such as water...
you can make a lot from waves...
i would personally see biking better than any sort of mechanical veichle...
and sailing is at least better than taking a car....
and more people should use the train than cars...

That is cool that you can make a car run on electricity. Yeah, it would be good it it gave out oxygen.

your right. Cause one day all the fossel fuels will be gone and there will be know way to power things then. Which is why they should maybe make a car that runs on the renewable resorces.

Also I think a car can be runned on Orange juice..

Making energy from the waves is a really good idea.

 

All these alternative fuel cars are scams as of now. Electric cars get terrible mileage per charge up, hybrids' batteries have to be switched to much they're not worth it, and hydrogen fuel tanks are extremely dangerous. These alternative fuel cars are turning the gas crisis in to an electric crisis.

Now I personally think we should focus all of our efforts on the economy for now. Think about it, if we can stimulate the economy and make our dollar worth something again, we can actually start helping the environment. How much can we help with our current economy? Not much, if at all. I think the fact that millions of Americans are losing their homes and starving requires more attention than an insignificant temperature increase that Al Gore decided to exploit for some popularity.

 

People believe that there are many ways to create a better and more suitable economy. But it means lowering the amount of wars and battles, no more stabbing etc.

 

to make the environment better, we should use less plastic. actually they developed some plastic substitute that looks and feels like plastic but will actually decompose within a few weeks in the soil. so that's one way. as for pollution, i heard the issue has actually IMPROVED over the years because car companies figured out how to make it produce less carbon dioxide (or whatever that black smoke is). i guess alternate fuel sources are the way to go, but no one uses them. cigarettes are pollution as well but no one is willing to give that up. as for garbage, littering rules need to be more enforced because it hardly is where i live.
