These trailers are unreal.I've never seen the comic myself but this is a DC masterpiece.I Think the second one is the best and i advise you to look at that one first. It sent chill down my spin and that only happens with proper masterpieces:

How the hell did this thread get no replies. Seriously.

I thought I was excited to see this movie when the trailers first came out. However, after reading the novel...I seriously have to see this.

I've been stoked for Watchmen ever since I got to witness some filming for it while on my way to school. (Hazah's for living in Vancouver!)

Even if it was just a quick pass by while on public transit, I immediatly recognized what was being shot, and finding out that it was filmed here just took the cake!

I don't know if I can trust it. After all, its a superhero movie...in the middle of winter.

Usually the huge blockbusters come out during the summer.

And usually they suck (aside from Iron Man and The Dark Knight which were actually good.

I mean, look at The Spirit. That movie sucked ass. So did Spiderman 3, X-men 3, etc.

The Spirit was Frank Miller's cash-in on Sin City's visual style.

The other superhero movies were all sequels...so cash-ins as well.

Hopefully, my friends agree with me that we should see it opening day. 8D

I guess, but a bad movie is a bad movie. I didnt see The Spirit and I'm glad since I would have wasted my money =/

Cash-in or not, I want a movie worth my 11.35 XD (plus movie ticket prices)

I swear there is already a thread somewhere o_O

Anyways, I am pretty much willing to kill if it means I get to go watch it. Comparing what I have seen in the trailers to the GN then it looks like they have made a pretty ****ing perfect big screen version and I can't wait.

It looks like it will be bootiful.

To those who haven't read it, go do so now O_O

Well the best thing about this is that it's not a typical superhero movie.
It shows us the reality if superhero's did exist in a realistic alternative view of the 20th century.
