Quite frankly, they are both almost extremely evenly matched. It would be a very interesting confrontation. Yeah, but Dante has demon powers. 3 words: Devil May Cry Why this get moved?
Obviously. I'll admit, however, I still haven't decided. (Hence, the reason for the creation of this thread)
My full opinion- Dante- -Better at close combat -Fast with giant swords -Can do matrix moves -Devil Trigger can definitely beat Limit Breaker -Ebony and Ivory are much faster than Cerberus
I thought about it, and I have a final note of agreement..............While, statistically they are similar, there is one note not to be overlooked............Gameplay. All of the DMCs were better than Dirge or Cerberus. So, I vote Dante.
Dante can use an enemy to ground surf I think thats enough for him to win a fight before it even started xD
To me they are pretty evenly matched. Both can do a lot of superhuman feats and abilities, and can both be very fast and magically inclined, both are exquisite marksmen. They have their differences but where one has an upper hand the other has one elsewhere. Also...I think they both just kick so much @zz they are awesome and this is a great question. For the time being, I'm torn. Though in DoC you didn't get to do too much, the cinematic scenes showed Vincent was capable of a lot more. If I just went by the actual fighting though, I'd say Dante, but with those added things Vincent can do that just rux, I'm stuck at an impasse.
thanks to my fanborism it has to be Vincent and if you want a power look here: -Vincent can levitate for periods of time -Vincent is an expert in guns -Vincent has many beast forms hich are as deadly as the devil itself IMO -Vincent can use items, summons and magic
Hah Uneducated people <_< Thank you people lol Dante can get -Stabbed through the chest -Shot -Crushed -Basically killed and then just stand up , say a cheesy cool one liner and then proceed to kill you. xD I really don't see how Vincent could outmanuver Dante either, Dante is bloody fast (not quite as quick as Vergil with his dark slayer mode, but still damn fast) and anyone who can eat pizza and slay demons at the same time... well, there's no topping that, is there? And Dante can stop time lol So is Dante <_< Items and magic, wuts dat lul? I know I might come off has a Dante fanboy, but I'm not really that much. Both are equally bad***
