It's a bit monotone dude. Lawl. The smudging really doesn't fit with Vincent himself. The bnw version is...eh. Color would probably do better. The text can be better. I do like the way you used fx though. Overall, you still in that little slump. But I'm sure you'll get better soon. I love most of your work.
Thanks. =D Thankfully, I made a colored version, but I'll upload that later. Too lazy to do it now. <_> Meh, it's been better than the last 5 attempts I've made to get out. xD
Add a light source, too, use the Dodge tool to brighten up parts near the light source, ´cause is a little dark, and I don´t like too much the smudging in the right, overall, you are still a little in that slump, if you want, read some tuts to learn some tricks and try again, but GJ anyways ^_^.
