Request Very basic graphics request(please?)

I've been trying to find out how to do this everywhere but I seriously have no idea how.
This is what my desktop looks like now:

But I want the poster to look in line with the wall like the portrait in this one:

I can't help but I'd like to say that the first one gave me a good laugh. Are you a MCR fan or did you just Google Image that?

Btw, what software are you using for this? Because you think there'd be a way to bend that image to make it in line with that wall.

And I actually have photoshop but I have no idea how to use it. XD
I can free transform it, but then it's all diagonal.
