In my opinion the second one is better on the first one maybe brighten it a lil thats all i can say for the first one. The second one you can make the text a lil smaller and add a 1 px border to outline it, but its seriously good good job.

    The second one is better.

The text used here is good, but draw it close to the stock, or else you have here two focals, I like the depth and the effects, but blur moar the left side´s corner.

The first one is a tad dark, I know how it feels to work without the right elements, apart from the C4Ds, there isn´t too much going on here :/.

Color Sig - It looks really good, especially the second time you edited it. ;) There's something that's too strong though, the blue color on the TV screen thing really ruins the flow. Make it a little less visible, or less stronger. Then you will have a sig that is so colorful, which mind you is hard to do without it looking like a mess of brushes slapped onto. And it certainly has objects there that really does look like objects (monitors, a system thing going on); that alone makes this a very good creation, IMO. The stock/render looks a bit too sharpen though (originally, no I don't think so maybe sharpen by about 20-35). Also, having no text doesn't really make it look like a sig but moreso like a movie thing. So either slap on some text (that's good) or leave it as is. It'd certainly makes the whole thing look better as a sig than a movie though, so try adding some text into the creation...

The Black/Gray/White Sig - I'm not particularly fond of sigs that are mainly black, gray, and/or white. Seriously, such an overused theme that it's sickening to the eyes. =/ The text suits better at the left, and smaller. Overall, the text fits with the sig I give you that. Nothing more to say, 'cept dodging the character a bit, and smudging the area behind the character so it'll give him a glowly feeling.

Also, both of the sigs has that line straight down the middle near the far right. That's annoying, I'm not sure why you have it like that (add to the whole randomness?). Try smoothing that part out, 'cause it's by far the most nuisance to my eyes since I observe everything of something rather than just the focal. >.< And add a 1x1 black border, or something so it'll look more professional. :P

Needs more depth, and the flow is opposing in both ways, the stock goes one way and the effects go the other.
