Square-Enix Verizon and Square-Enix Partnership

Recently Square-Enix will be planning on unleashing a Mobile Arcade onto cell phones serviced to Verizon. The "MegaTouch Mobile Arcade" is a game series that will utilize the MegaTouch touchscreen. This isn't the first time anything related to Square has been released onto a Verizon mobile phone. Kingdom Hearts Mobile and Dirge of Cerberus: Lost Episode: Final Fantasy VII were released on Verizon mobile phones as well.

Square-Enix said:

Megatouch Mobile Arcade is the first installment in the series of popular games to become available on the mobile phone platform. Featuring barroom favorites Q-shotâ„¢, Box Dropâ„¢ and 11 Upâ„¢, Megatouch Mobile Arcade was developed by Shuhei Yamaguchi. Shuhei has worked in the Japanese mobile industry for five years (Square Enix Co., Ltd.) as a producer, but this was his first title to appear in the U.S. market. Megatouch Mobile Arcade II, which is scheduled to be released at the end of this year, was developed by Square Enixâ€™s newest Producer, Guy Silliman, and features even more gaming favorites, including Monster Madnessâ„¢, Pharaohâ€™s 9â„¢ and Card Raidersâ„¢. Guy recently joined the team from Electronic Arts, where he worked in QA and mobile production for almost four years.
