So, I have not made anything in FOREVER and just decided to take a shot at something. What do you think?
First thing I noticed was the cut of the render; there's a bit of a border around his chin/neck area and some of his hair. Just zoom in real close and get rid of that, it separates the render from the rest of the sig. I really love the effects near his left shoulder, I just think they should be rotated a bit to make some more flow. The background isn't all that exciting, I can see you tried with the blurring but it's not really working for me. I think the red color is just a bit wrong in general. Those huge lines are kind of cutting the signature down the middle, so make them a bit smaller and I think a horizontal flip would be nice on them. I can understand that you haven't made anything in a while though, and you're going to have to make a lot of "alright" signatures before you start getting your technique back. I went through the same thing. :3
Thanks for the suggestions. I'm gonna try and fix the things you said. What other color do you think would be better than red?
Maybe a purpley/blue? The background needs a little something more, so maybe start with a blue base and add some purples and maybe some reds. I'm not really sure.
That was actually the original color I gonna go for. I will go add some of those colors and the other stuff now. Thanks again. (: EDIT:
