someone locked my other one... i click the register button and it won't let me register. it says i need to enter a valid email address. yes, i know have to register for the user portal because it's separate. it won't let me register though. help?
hah yeah i know what it means. yes, it does work. i've logged in and out of it twice just to make sure. i used it for this forum... does it not work if i registered it for this forum?
It should since I'm registered on both the forum and portal with the same e-mail adress. We'll see what we can do : )
well you have to register there too. You can't just be registered here and use that info for logging in there. If that's waht you mean You have to sign up again in the user portal
ok i know all that... i click the register button. i enter my email, which i have also used for this forum. i enter the same password twice which i would like to use. i click the button to enter it. it says i have a bad email and that i should enter a valid email. thanks for the help... i don't mean to be demanding. i was just wondering why it wouldn't let me register?
oh ok. well i have a question. to register, where do you go? i go to log in and then click the register option. i feel like i'm doing something wrong, but there doesn't seem another way to register. is that what i'm doing wrong?
=/ ok yeah i've tried registering with a different email account that also works and it said the same thing and then i tried with a different computer with the same email and it didn't work... maybe the video portal just doesn't like me? haha
