User Poral Problem

I've tried to make a user there, but it comes up with an error message. It says this:

The transport failed to connect to the server.

If this could be fixed or whatever. That'd be appreciated. I don't really understand the error message.

It's normal to have errors in the user portal. It doesn't work very well. Just try again, there's no solution from us unless someone fixes it.

We know there is a problem in them hun and believe me we are just as frustrated as you are, but we actually can't do anything about it because it runs seperately to the forums, we need spdude.

Sorry, keep trying, sometimes the problem goes away.
