Birth by Sleep Upon Closer Inspection

    After watching the new BBS trailer for the millionth time, I was watching the scene near the end where Vanitasand Ven were talking. When Vanitas pulls out his keyblade, he holds it just like Riku. Though I'm thinking this is just nothing to worry about, but could it be a possibilty that Riku and Vanitas have some connection is some vague way?

    the leaning against the desk is the same as riku on the paupo tree

    It does look similar
    but the postures are somewhat different.
    For one, Riku has his arms crossed while Vanitas has his elbows resting on edge of what he's leaning on.
    Also, Riku's head is slightly tilted and Vanitas seems to be looking straight ahead.

    Maybe Vanitas is the reason why Riku was designated originally for the keyblade.
