Hey guys. I've already posted an Announcement about this, but in case you miss it: It had come to our attention that the forum rules had gotten a bit outdated, so we've gone through them and updated/revised them. There's nothing majorly new to them, but we still ask that you take a look. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact any member of the staff. Thanks!
Since I like to keep track of where everything is I searched for the reputation level setting, I didn't find it in the user cp. Am I just being blind or is there something wrong? Other than that I like these new rules, to be honest.
Could you add some more information on infractions? I'm curious as to whether they ever go away, etc.
I'm not too sure what you're asking, but... Here's how to view your most recent received reps: http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/6634/repwhere.png And here's how to view your rep power: http://img39.imageshack.us/img39/9430/reppower.png That's all you can view without going into the Mod/Admin CP. They're usually removed every year or so, unless it was something very bad. Otherwise they are just ways to let the staff know that the user has had some shameful behavior in the past, and if they're repeating an offense (as the infraction indicates), we may consider a temp ban from there.
They used to be a requirement for Premium membership, but now that that's been done away with they're just for fun, yeah. More info on rep (and other stuff) is found here: http://www.kh-vids.net/showthread.php?53560-General-Assistance-*look-here-before-asking-a-question!*
Just so you know, if someone has an infraction only that person and staff members can see the infraction. If the infraction is expired they don't mean anything.
is this a Prem/Staff thing? I was looking for it to simply experiment with it but I can't find it on that page even with Ctrl+F
