Shiny Gengar and Diancie are both coming to X and Y! If you are in the US, go to any Gamestop store from October 13-26 to receive a serial code to download a shiny Gengar, complete with Mega Stone. Go back to Gamestop from October 27-November 16 to receive a serial code to download Diancie, who, when traded to Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire, will net you a Diancite to Mega Evolve Diancie. If you are in the UK, go to any GAME store from October 15-November 5 to receive a serial code to download the same Gengar. Likewise, going to GAME from November 6-November 28 will get you a serial code to download the same Diancie. If you are in France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, or Italy, the event has been confirmed to come to your countries at around the same time, but details are still forthcoming.
Go to gamestop, look inside pretending to see if there's anything to buy, leave after a few minutes, go to car, get out 3DS, get event Diancie

The Diancie event is now live for the US and Canada! The event will begin in the UK on November 6, and in Australia and New Zealand on November 10. Additionally, you can get a code in Australia and New Zealand if you go to the special screening of the Diancie movie at Hoyt Cinemas on November 8! Side note: When traded to ORAS, this Diancie will unlock the Diancite Mega Stone!
