I thought it was interesting that there is a dark outline around the hand,it looks cool.

 

All of the three fingers is down and very unusually small.

I've actually seen people with tattoos like these and you captured it very well in your drawing. I especially like how you added little details like the rings on the fingers and it looks like a little face on the finger. Amazing hand proportions and designs, Taffy. :3
