Well, while browsing through topics, I've noticed that a few people are still referring to the new enemies as "Unbirths". I just wanted to let whoever doesn't already know this, know that Nomura has stated that they are actually called the Unversed. Thank you for you time, and sorry if this has already been pointed out.
I will right now: Thank you for writing the wrong that all those people who called them "Unbirths" started.
Lol I just noticed it in a few other topics and figured, since nobody mentioned it in a main topic, some people might not have noticed. I appreciate the enthusiastic reply lol
Don't care what anyone says. I prefer Unbirths than Unversed. So I'm sticking to the mis-translation.
I prefer Unbirth, and perhaps this "mis-translation" will make it over to the States (and all other English speaking countries) as the official name.
As said above I actually do prefer "Unbirths" rather than "Unversed." Unbirth just sounds so much cooler than Unversed.
If it were me, I would prefer them to be called Emotionless because like heartless and nobodies, it is a negative and the thing that they are made from i.e. they are made from negative emotions. Unfortunately, I don't think they'd have another -less suffix so that won't do.
How are negative emotions the opposite of human life? I never did quite get that. But anyway, I like the sound of Unbirths better than Unversed. I think it fits them better.
Honestly, I think I like "Unbirths" a lot better than "Unversed"... but I'll withhold my judgement until the game is actually released in case the difference happens to be just incredibly relevant to the storyline :P
