Unable to Locate Two Small Batteries in the Rugrats: Royal Ransom Level Meanie Genie

When I first started the walkthrough, I completely forgot about needing small batteries to unlock later levels, so I've been paying more attention while recording so I don't have to go back and collect the missed small batteries off-screen. The level Meanie Genie has four small batteries, and for the life of me I cannot figure out where two of them could be.

Any help?
