Digital Art uhhh...do i really need a title?

I don't know what to do with it!!! HELP ME PLEASE?

 

First, I would make the right side a more vivible color other than white. Second, I would write, "The Eyes Have It"

Ohhhh that's pretty, where did you get the eyes from?are they yours because I can't tell if they are animated or not 0___0

 

Should i make it more gray maybe? or add a border?
