How do i raise my own self confidence levels? I was going over a voice acting thing today, reviewing my audition..and i couldn't help but straight away feel embarassed about it. I realized i'm embarassed about ANYTHING i do..i'm convinced all of it's just crap..how can i change this?

There's not going to be one pure method that works for everyone, you're going to have to find out what works for you.
You're going to have to change the way you see yourself in a more positive light, or not care about other's opinions of you, which I know is tough to deal with but needs to be done. Trying mixing with people you'll think you'll get along with or participate in more group orientated activities. The main things is to feel better while you're around people, and not as anxious as you were before.
I would say i'm a fairly self confident person when it comes to saying something that may be against other's opinions out loud or I may do something in the heat of the moment whilst not worrying about how people might take it. Yet I still have a body image problem and I care how people think of me in that respect or sometimes how my voice sounds since I use to be bullied becasue of it.
What i'm trying to say is it may be that eventually, you feel more confident in some areas whilst still unconfident in others. So don't think you should or can improve on everything at once, you need to take it a step at a time.

What seems to work for most people is to the mirror method.

Find a mirror and practice by "talking" to yourself.

Like Pawn said, though, there's not one pure method.

I think you could try to motivate yourself, like Amaury and Pawn said there isn't a pure method but it would help you if you tried to create some kind of motivation because motivation is the key to help you do something you don't wanna do and don't worry everyone feels embarassment and fear so don't sweat it k :)
