Typing without looking

here can type without looking?
I suck at it.

How long did it take you to learn?

 

I can do it because I am uber pro.

I'm not sure how long it took me... I just started... doing it one day. O.o

I used to only look at the keyboard when I was typing.. now I look at the screen.

 

Any tips besides"practice.practice.practice"?

 

Im in a keyboarding class right now so I am working on it ^^;

 

I think I can do it. I'll try at this but i usally have to look.

Well I took computer class in the 7th grade, and I had to do it. My best advice is to memorize where the letters are and train yourself not to look on the keyboard by practicing. Plus, there's softwares that can help you too. :)

i learned how to type at school when they made us play this ******ed computer game that's supposed to help ya type >_> <_<

 

I learned to do it by.. owning a computer for about 10 years. O.o

And I don't know of any techniques.. my fingers are just magic and know where all the keys are. ^_^

Yeah, I can do it.
It took me only 3 days.
But it took me 2 years to fully master it.

 

I can type without looking down at the keyboard or anywhere else for that matter. It didnt take very long to learn. I have been typing without looking anywhere else but the screen for as long as I have used a computer.

Whoa...weird. I used that program when I was a little kid. Then I switched to TypingMaster.

I dont know how I learnt typing without looking. It just came naturally, I guess. Really weird.

 

Right now Im using Ten Thumbs Typing Tutor. so far Im doing all right.

Not very impressive but Im advancing.

 

I learned with a typing program, but I can't remember what it's called... It had something where you had collect these keys by playing games because someone's football coach got locked behind this door-thing... there were little games where there were bubbles floating above snowboarders and stuff and you had to type the correct letter keys... it was really dumb, and didn't really work... this entire paragraph was typed by me looking at the keyboard... o.O

it didn't take me long to learn but, sometimes I look at the kaybored while i'm typing so I can see where my fingers are going, but it's all about memorizing where all the keys are, like now I've only looked down at my key bored 2 times to see where the keys are, because I was hitting the worng key a few times, but apart from that, i'm looking at my moniter ha ha

 

That's what I started out with in the 6th grade. It helped a little, I guess. Really got into it when I was in the 7th grade. Just keep on practicing and you'll accomplish it. I'm typing without looking right now. I'm doing it pretty fast, maybe you can do it fast someday too. ^_^ Haha, when ever I start out, my hands are always on asdf and jkl;. :D When ever I think about it, I mess up though. >_>
