Digital Art Two New Tags[Zack and Reno pwnage XD]

Okay so I made these tags becaus a friend of mines told me about her family(or something like that XDDD lol) having a graphics contest, and the theme was anything in relation to Final Fantasy VII(ex: characters, etc.)

So I chose between Zack and Reno, yet I couldn't choose between them because they are so pwnsome!

As a result, I made two tags, each with one of the two characters.
In another result, I need your opinions on which one I should use for the contest. And I kinda rushed these so yeah......lol.(I posted a poll btw.)

So yeah, vote on which one you think should be in the contest.=D

Reno[V1]


Reno[V2]


Personal Note: The difference between Reno-V1 and V2 is that I erased a part of the wireframe in V1. :/

And my personal vote is Reno[V1] =]

 

Reno V1 and V2 are your best ones. Great work. The Zack one needs a bit more effects though.

V1 and V2: 8.5/10

 

I vote Reno! I like the colors and the render/stock what ever ya wanna call it.

 

Zack! ^^ Go go go! Great job on both though. I can't really decide but Zack's looks nice. ^^

 

The first one needs to get the stock moved more to one side, it looks way to the center for my taste, colors are good but it needs more FG D:. Text looks alright.

Second one could use a bit of color variation, V2 looks kinda better, but erase the two lines of the left side, they don´t fit very well and look very random =\. But this one is better.

Also btw, on the second one how do you make those circles? D:.

 

I chose Zack, needs effects, but looks decent. Nice work.

 

Um, Laplace, V2 is the same as V1, but V1 has the lines on the left side erased XD

and I made those circles with help from a light texture. =D

 

As far as effects go, I'd go with Reno V1. But if you're looking for one with a hard hitting message, not just effects, go with Zack. ^^ It's hard to choose!!

 

i go with reno v2.good color choices on them all,zack i think needs more special effects.good renders.

reno v2 is my top fave
the other ones are alright but reno v1 looks like it has too much going on around the render D8
the zack one is good too but the right side looks empty XD
good work on them though ^_^​

 

I really like the Reno sigs, despite the dull colors. That sort of style really looks nice in my opinion. The Zack one is... Okay. I like the gray/green color scheme you choose, but the sig is just a bit boring.

Also, please share light texture? :'D​

 

I think that the zack sig is better than the reno sig because reno just blends into the background while you can really see zack in the other sig.

I like the Reno ones the best. Try adding some text to that, because the big space is kind of...meh.

I like the effects in the Zack one, but the background is kind of boring. Maybe a gradiant map would fix that up?
