Help tummer can't sign on!!

Okay, I dunno if this should go in tech support or here, so please move it if it's in the wrong section.

Anyways, tummer has informed me that he can't sign on, and has asked me to post a thread asking people if they know what's wrong. Soo yeah, does anyone know what he should do?

And no, he hasn't been banned. That's not the problem.

Any ideas?

 

Perhaps his caps lock is on when he's trying to enter his password? =/ Or the number lock isn't on? =/

 

No, like the page won't load for him. It says it "cannot be found" or something.

 

I couldn't log on for a while today. Now it' fine. Figured the site was down or there were too many people logged on already. IDK. Have him try again.

 

Yeah, I was having trouble earlier too. But now it's working for us, so it should be working for him too, right? Still no luck...

The site has been loading poorly for me today too. Tell him to switch to a different browser if he can, or clear his cookies. He might just be getting the bad end of the server.

Tell him to move on. khv is dyin'...slowly n' painfully.

I've also bein' havin' problems with the site. It can sometimes take a while to move between pages n' quite often the page won't load n' i can't get on for sometime.

 

Yeah, this is happening to me too. I try and connect to the site, and the browser returns with the message "The connection was refused"(I'm using firefox). I'm using a proxy currently, though I don't see why my IP can't connect to the site.

 

I'll look into it...

Is he able to get on now though?

 

Heh, Ghost was having the same problem. His computer wouldn't let him in the khv, nor his PSP, so he had to use his phone to get on... O.o I guess it'll work today... D8

 

So, I think he is still unable to get on. Mike can't get on either.

 

Okay, I'm still working on this problem... we hope to have it completely resolved by the end of the week, if not sooner.

yeah, my internet was having problems too, i had to switch to a whole different wireless center. Tell tummer to try a different computer.
