Because the Japanese versions of the KHII vids are rapidly becoming obsolete, I decided to download what's left, but now every time I open them in windows media player or realplayer, the colors get all dark and weird after about two seconds. If I click off and back on, it'll go back to normal, but only for a second. Changing the configuration doesn't seem to be working. It's not that it doesn't know what the colors are, it's like it automatically adjusts them or drops some filter over them after a moment.

Ultimately, it makes the things impossible to watch. Any ideas?

Sorry if this is the wrong thread for this, I didn't see one anywhere else that made sense.

This thread should be moved to here
    Try downloading the vids again.
The videos I've just downloaded are fine... Is it any particular video or does it happen to all of the jap vids you've downloaded?

If it was just WMP I'd say you were missing a codec but since real player is doing it to, it's not a problem with the software.

I have no idea. Maybe it's just the Japanese videos. I'd try it but I'm at school right now.

It happens to all the vids...(I had it happen before with a CoM cutscene). Erm...how do I move the thread? Or should I just wait for a mod...?

I asked Sara to move it a few hours ago, and it was moved, so you don't have to worry about that now ^_^

    Thanks a ton!

Oh, and just in case this has any relevance, sometimes if I pause the vid and go do something else it freezes up. This is not an issue and not something I'm that interested in fixing (I'm focusing on the color), I just wanted to know if someone recognized that and might know how to fix it.

Someone suggested that it might be the computer struggling, but I don't know how that could be...I don't have an extremely fast one, no, but it's running the vid without a problem, so I don't know how the colors would be affected.

Thanks for any help and suggestions!
