Top 5 Top 5: 9th - 15th October

Ohai thar! So guys, remember how the Top 5 was sort of dead throughout October? Well yes, all the staff has been busy with life/staff projects and so, the poor Top 5 slowed down a bit. But fear not! Thanks to Stardust's hard work, all the Top 5's that were skipped over in the month will still run--even if a it is a bit later.

So, why is Chev running the Top 5? Well, I offered to help, of course! And it was really fun watching some of the videos. So, I'll stop babbling and announce the winners now...

Details: Short and fun. The use of different Square Enix game scenes and the telling of a story through it was very fun and upbeat. So kudos to this one.

Details: Great use of effects and videos to create a story. However, the close-ups tend to look somewhat choppy. But on the overall, the video fits with the song and the story is conveyed nicely.

Details: Simple effects, but great start. The use of shapes to show other videos felt a bit unneeded and somewhat inexperienced. But the video is has enough going on to rank a spot.

Well, i'm glad to see that this is still going on. For a moment I thought it would be post-poned for another few months.

Anyhoo, great videos this week! I'm really loving the smooth simplicity of the first two, & 3-5, while more fast-paced, had really cool and fitting effects. Really well done you guys, congrats~.

 

Yeah, no kidding. I wondered what was going on, and now I don't even know if my Liberia Fatali video would have made it or not.

Anyways, great job as always for you guys that got the Top 5
