He isn't quite famous yet, because he doesn't have much movies. After watching Ong Bak...I feel like he deserves much more. He has a unique style of Muay Thai and he has amazing stunts. I think he can top some of the world's greatest like Jackie Chan and Jet Li, but not Bruce Lee when it comes to Martial Arts.
Here are a few demonstrations of his works:

Hell yeah, he beats any other martial artist in films these days. Saw "Ong-Bak" and "The Protector". **** he does is insane.

Totally agreeable, however Bruce Lee still remains a legend in my opinion, but Tony Jaa looks like he's rising to the top.

I doubt anybody will be able to top a fighter who Arnold Schwarzenegger said had "the most defined body I've ever seen". The man had like, zero body fat.

Anyone who has seen 'the Protector' knows Tony Jaa is the man. The restaurant scene (and specifically the stairs leading to) and the motor bike scene were simply amazing.
