Blink 182 (All 3) (Known for hits like: Feeling This, I Miss You, and All the Small Things)
The Transplants (Travis) (Known for: Diamonds and Guns)
Box Car Racer (Tom and Travis) (Known for: There Is)
Angels and Airwaves (Tom) (Known for: The Adventure)
+44 (Mark and Travis) (Known for: When Your Heart Stops Beating)

Together they have been in 5 bands, that I know of.

Why do you think that these 3 can't keep a band together? It doesn't seem to appear that they dislike each other, or maybe I'm wrong.

Naw they got there share of problems actually. Mark has a big thing about new music and I think that Travis and Tom have a different idea about it. Blink has aways until recently been together then they broke and formed two crappy bands. As for BoxCarRacer and the Transplants those where side things. Much like Dave Grohl's multiple bands that he has.

The Transplants and Box Car Racer were all just side projects. (Actually Box Car Racer was formed when they started fighting a lot. Tom and Travis did it together and Mark got ticked because they left him out.)

Tom started to be an *** to them and eventually stopped talking to them. They annouced that they were going on an indefinite hiatus a couple of years ago.

Indefinite hiatus is pretty much an excuse for them to break up.

+44 is failing, too. They managed to pump out one weak single, where as AvA put out 4 way more successful ones. Even still, Tom wants blink back, but Mark is being an ***. Where Travis stands in all of this I do not know.
