How do you like it?

At least... I tried...

 

I think the background needs more spunk, more effects.

But I like how the words look like bubbles.

Like Skittles said, give the background a boost in colour maybe make the bubbles appear more using a different shade of blue or maybe add more to it.

 

I would change it but that's the way I saved it.

The background needs more liveliness, I like it though :3​

 

One thing I would like to suggest is the make the text at the bottom of the background more readable.
