    I just lay down, and use my imagination to make up a story or something, and at some point I fall asleep. I guess it works something like a bedtime story.

    How I fall asleep is easy I just watch the politicians channel and all that legal stuff puts me to sleep because it is so boring.

    Twilight. **** puts you to sleep almost immediately. Or, if you're the reading type, 50 Shades Gay oughta do the trick.

    Or, you could always just traditionally get a warm cup of tea/hot chocolate, and take a shower before bed.
