This time I'm stepping in.

We are KHV, we are one community, we are one family. There are no such things as noobs, nor famous people. There are people who are more well known then others making them yes a bit more popular however they are still under the same jurisdiction as the newer people, and every other member is.

Each and every member is equal and unique at the same time, if one person does wrong that person will be warned, rather it being a popular member, a normal member, a new member or even a staff member. It's hard to look out for each other considering the amount of people there are, however we still need to do that, and give those people our support at their time of need. There is no exception, if there is someone you dislike that is having a problem don't go and flame their topic, just don't post there at all or at least try to hide that feeling for then and give them your support to show you're out there for them.

I understand that no one can like everyone, but flaming them just makes it worst, putting the blame on someone else also makes it worst, if one staff makes a mistake, all staffs make a mistake. If one member is making a mistake, then that burden is rested on him or her, however that does not give you the right not to look out for them, friend or not. If there is one problem with the staff you have, then just message that staff member, because talking behind their back, despite how wonderful that may feel will not change their behavior, confronting them about it will however.

There is no such thing as class in KHV, the only thing there is, is hierarchy and that only goes into the groups banned, members, mods, super mods, administrator, site owner. There is no such difference in class for hierarchy.

Staffs will at times make a mistake and let someone they're friends with go off with a small message warning rather then warning them. That is expected in human nature, however this is something staffs need to grow on to fix.

Another thing I will note, there are rules for staffs just like there are for members, I have noticed a too huge of a gap forming between that now and because of what I've seen going on, I am now done watching from the shadows.

If you want to Flame someone, then at least PM them, I will say that, flaming can not be prevented, however pulling the site in drama to flame is just immature, reckless, and stupid. Deal the matter by yourself, just because this is a board for a rated E game does not give you right to act like, or be treated like little kids.

This is where I step up, and this is where we are going to become a community, this is where punishments will be dealt out when punishments are due, no one will be sitting idly thinking they can get away with it. If someone does get away with it, they will be punished by me, let alone that the staff who saw what happened will be questioned for their actions or rather lack of actions in that state.

As chaotic as these past few hours have been, I think some good has come out of it. This thread for example. It gives a lot of perspective for everyone to think of.

 

Random fact: All communities have their problems. All families, all groups of friends, they all have their arguements. Ignore it they go away, keep bringing it up, it stays forever and forgiveness can never be shared.

This is a true fact, I don't expect everyone to have the same thought, same wavelength of thinking, and agree on everything. However if you want to disagree via cursing them out, then PM. If you want to use it in a more fashionable, and once a conflict happens, let it die down.

Pay attentino to my edit. Everyone needs tiem to cool off after this. I respect you trying to help, but if you keep bringing it up forgiveness will not be achieved, you only keep reminding people of the arguement their trying to cool off from.

 

By how it sounds, you believe this comment is about the incident that happened a few hours ago, if that's the case then no this has nothing to do with that, well I'll lie saying it has nothing to do with it. But that is only a small piece, I was going to make this thread sooner or later, rather that incident happened or not. This has more to do with the overall status of the site. I wouldn't make a topic over one incident.

 

So it's completely 100% by chance you did this after a big incident? I'm not convinced. I mean, this whole thread, not the timing specifically, but you decided to do this wya before their was a need?

 

This was a small piece, and I was going to make this thread sooner or later, as in yes the reason why I did post this was due to the incident that happened, however the information of the post itself has only a small fraction of that incident. The meaning of the post is not to reminisce what happened in that thread. I've had that post ready for a while, saved in my notepad weeks before this event happened, I just never needed to post it, because the other staffs handled everything.

 

Well hopefully this'll end it now. It's getting really old. I know I have said things but I realize I was an idiot.

 

I caught that after I psoted and edited buddy. It still seems random this was only a small piece. I mean really, before hand their wasn't much I could see going on enough for you to make this thread. This had to be more than a small piece. This seens more like a decider.
