Transmutation circle, actually. But Homunculi are a result of a certain kind of transmutation, so I guess you're partially right.

 

I couldn't remember the name of the anime (my friend always talks about it, and I saw him draw that symbol once) so I took a stab in the dark.

 

Totoro, One Piece logo, Kuro (Ao Ex), 1-UP mushroom, Teddie, Hello Kitty candy, a red Angry Bird, that little bit of Soul in his Scythe form, a Pokeball in the gum machine, Navi, the Yu-Gi-Oh card the girl at the counter is holding, the lightning bolt scar on the blue chick's forehead, Hamtaro and that seal on the floor (I believe that references FMA). And is that a paopu fruit on the candy shelf?

The more I look, the more I facepalm at the stuff I missed. Even now I feel like I'm missing some obvious ones...
