Kingdom Hearts ..This is kinda embarassing, but..

..I've had KH1 for about...a year now and I still haven't beaten it.

Partly because of me managing to lose it in my messy room and mainly because I'm stuck.

I can't get past Ursula or Oogie! :O


So please, have pity on me T___T Any tips for a noob?

 

Level up join tornaments get items buy itesm etc.

 

Level up first, get items, find a strategy to use and then when you're ready go beat the crap out of them.

 

if the above doesn't work hack hack hack hack

 

Are you stuck at the Oogie Boogie fight or Oogie Mansion?

Either way, you should level up, it is the most important thing. The tournament at Olympus Colliseum is the easiest place. Then buy some items at Traverse Town. And then just try again :)

 

this goes in the help section.
there's specific ways to win both of those fights that could help a lot, but can you specify? you fight both ursula and oogie twice, once in their regular form and then once again in their giant form(come to think of it, its like that with pretty much every disney villian in this game.), which ones are you having trouble with?

 

Level up a bit, and if that doesn't help, use a walkthrough for help.
Also, check out this thread, and see if there's any useful advice on the Ursula battle...

 

the best help I can give is don't use your magic save for heals when you need them and don't underestemate the usefulness of your friends hope that helps at all

 

Use cure loads, aero as well. Also, Gravity helps. Try to memorize his attacks, and guard them/dodge roll.

 

Fail At the fact that nobody mentioned that Thunder/Thundara/Thundaga equipment helps DRASTICALLY with ursula =/

 

Really? Haven't tried this. It was a long battle, I hope I knew this trick earlier.

To my knowledge, it's one of them. Not both. As I managed to get my Thundaga from Atlantica.

 

Play the tournament to level up, make sure you have many elixers and megaelixers, and maybe look into getting a strategy guide.
