Thint he border, and despite the theme, add a bit more color to the area around the text. Like a rainbow coming outta the back of his neck or something...XD That's what I would do anyway, otherwise nice job. You're getting a lot better...;D
It looks better without the border. Cin and NP said all the good CnC >:, anyways, moving on, yes, the pentool is a little shaky 3:, I rather find it unfitting in the way this tag flows, the smudging and the light behind the render is good, the text is alright, but I said you go for Cin´s suggestion. Still, Good Job ;D.
amazing. like, seriously. go with a border, but don't make it so thick. keep the same color and angle, but just don't make it so thick. go for something like 6~9 pixels from the left and 3~4 from the bottom.
Not crazy about the border, but the one without is definitely one of my favorite pieces I've seen from you. I LOVE the text (finally someone who incorporates it well) The rainbow text is such a great contrast from the stark background. The light thing is a little distracting, but I kinda like it :3 I think I'd prefer it without the red scribble, but that is just a personal preference. All in all, WOW :') Lovely work mhm~
