organisation members= same in somebody form
terra=zack fair
ven=roxas
aqua=kairi
master xehanort=old man
vanitas=masked man

yeah so they are alot alike but atleast we get a good story

There's actually little difference between Organization members. They look alike, bu there's usually differences in personality, looks, etc. Also, I don't see how Aqua looks like Kairi.

 

Considering Nobodies and their Somebodies are supposed to look almost the same except with some slight differences, that's not really that bad.
Now if Dilan turned into a dragon and attacked you, then yeah, no effort there.
Personalities would be somewhat different.
Since they have the same memories, I doubt they'll be completely different.

I don't see the resemblance between Aqua and Kairi, never did.

MX? I thought that was pretty clever. Make someone with the same name as the main enemy, give him the same outfit as the first enemy, but make him an elderly Keyblade Master. No one saw that coming.

Vanitas...I don't know what to think. They're hiding his face pretty good, but he's still the biggest mystery to me.
