oh.. then were you referring to Red Nova Dragon? Or maybe what's it's name, the god fusion?
or maybe Five-Headed Dragon? or Divine Neos?

And I don't exactly see Red Nova Dragon as being bad.

Oh yes, and Armytile the Chaos Phantom.

 

wait.. you think Five-headed, and the god fusion are bad? I can see Divine Neos, as it requires you to mix a few too many sets, but you can still get it with Future Fusion, and send parts for a miracle fusion into absolute zero later.

No competitive Deck can use them so yeah they're bad.

EDIT: I still love Divine Neos though.

 

... Five-Headed is incredibly important to Hopeless Dragons, last I checked, and the god fusion + Ma'at could become a more competitive form of the exodia deck. And why can't an E-hero deck throw in Grand Mole, Neos Alius, and Future Fusion for Divine Neos? doesn't seem like it would slow them down much, if at all, and Divine Neos is a decently powerful monster once it's summoned.
Edit: oh, didn't see divine neos needed neo space.
Edit Edit: never mind, I fail at reading, Alius could be used instead of Neo space.

 

And that's the thing, Hopeless Dragons are not competitive. My mentor said so. Some guy he Dueled awhile back was using Hopeless Dragons. On his first turn, he dumped 10 dragons in the grave for FGD, and summoned two REDMDs on his first turn. Then two turns later he got his two FGDs and my mentor still won.

And in a tournament he went to Hopeless Dragons got out two Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragons and a Stardust Dragon on the field, cleared his field of three monsters (Dark Armed Dragon, Chaos Sorcerer, and Caius), and he still won.

 

what did the red eyes summon? Getting two red eyes on the field is nearly worthless if you have nothing good to summon. Also, what is he running that has DaD Chaos Sorcerer and Caius?

I activate my last face-down card, call of the haunted!

it freaking has DaD, Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, Chaos Sorcerer, 2 new broken dragons, Prime material dragon, a lot of good "Must Haves" for Lightsworns, and much much more!
