The Time Rippers

Throughout history it has been said there are a small number of people who can open rifts in time to teleport to different places (similar to the movie jumper) and there are those who want to stop them for having powers only a god should have, but the gods have granted this power for a reason.... why? you must write the final chapter of this tale

the characters~i will allow OCs but we have main characters, OCs CAN NOT replace a main character....

Rippers
JOhn Erikson (Male: main ripper, new to realize his power, learned of his power a few weeks ago)
Curt Randell (Male: met Kyle and is a new friend of his, has known of his power for about 3 years and has mastered its use) ~ Smackdoodle McGiggles
Emma Jannison (Female: she is Kyle's closest friend, discovered she has the power of a ripper when Kyle did)
The Consul
The consul is the name of the group trying to stop the Rippers, they are known for carrying weapons for inhumane torture and all are equip with a special jammer box that can be dropped and any Ripper within the range has their power disabled.

Justin Kirth (Male:head Consul member, has killed many Rippers, all in search for the source of their power
Kaitlyn Rose (Female: she is Justin's friend and mainly helps with recon to find out the truth)
Andy Erikson (Male: Kyle's older brother, feels jealous of why Kyle has powers and he doesnt, joined the consul to spite him)

Rebels: they are a group of freedom fighters who believe that the Rippers were blessed with this power for a reason and they help the Rippers, even though they lack that power

NOTE TO RIPPERS: when fighting, you can teleport, but not unlimited number of times, you can teleport to different places, but not moments in time, and when you teleport you leave a small rift anyone can follow you into for a short time then the rift closes, you cannot make the rift close behind you, if i see this become a major problem then i will have this RP requested for closing
