Now imagine him falling off the surfboard and drowning.

 

Stick a knife into his stomach, and cut all the way up to his neck. Begin stabbing in the eyes multiple times until the eyes start to gush out of his face. Brutally break his neck then shoot his kneecaps 20 times. Each. Get a chainsaw and cut down his head with it, ripping his skull into two. Hang him from a tree branch and light the tree on fire, slowly letting him burn, but don't let him burn completely. We still need to torture him. Cut off his feet with butter knives, then shove his feet into his eye sockets. Get a lawn mower, tie him down and then run over his arms with said lawn mower. After, get some lighter fuel and pour it all over him, get a match, light it, and toss it upon his split skull, and watch him burn to a crisp.

Also, toss a grenade into his cut open stomach just before throwing the match.
