Snap Jayn...I think I now remember where I started getting my style from(you were part of my inspiration :3). The colorful, extravagant, yet simple feel. Anyways these are very nice, angles, colors, and images are all rather wonderful looking. I've never been a great criticizer, so I'm just gonna praise them. xD Keep up the great work.
These are very pretty and well done. Could you resize the one with the cup of tea or something down to a 100 x 100 for me please and thank you.
Overall, I like these. My favorites are I like what I am assuming is some sort of color/gradient layer on top of the original stock. and Simplicity. I often like minimalism in pictures, and I think it works very well with this pic. Not too much going on in the picture, but subtle effects. Well done.
These are all so pretty~ Everything about them just makes me love them; between the stocks you used, the placement, the coloration and the quality, I could almost die!
These look fantastic!!!! I mean I wouldn't not be able to pull off using those, but they look splendid Jayn.
Holy cow, Jayn! These are wonderful! I absolutely love everything about them. The vibrant colours, the effects, the stocks, the placement and how sharp some are! They are very pleasant c: A job well done, of course! No complaints n__n In fact, if I weren't so into the Christmas Spirit I may have just asked permission to use this!
Thank you all very much. <3 @Diamplified; Well, they'll still be here after Christmas and permission is granted just in case. :) Thank you!
Oh wow. These,my dear, are truly stunning. The colours in all of them are just beautiful, and the way everything just looks so right is something to be proud of. This one is amazing, and really eye catching. But so are the rest of them. Just amazing work as usual darling <333
Thank you all again. ;_; I'm trying to get better with this kind of stuff, so I appreciate it. @Anti-Sora; Thank you. :)
I really LOVE these :D I actually thought I was the only one around here who know what Higurashi and Umineko are x_x I love this one the most <3
These are really adorable, I really like how you place them, and the colors you bring out in each one. If you don't mind me asking, if you use curves, what kind of curves do you use? And if they're a preset, can I please have them? Or, just tell me what you do to make them so vibrant and sharp? Thanks!~
Lovely. Could you pack them up for me? There is something slightly off about them in general, and I think it is the placement. I keep thinking that they might look better a few pixels in or two directions. Another is the contrast and graininess. A few of them look distorted or too sharpened for my tastes. I especially like the first and last ones. This is my favorite. Good job, Jayn, and keep improving. Good stock choices are everything, and you certainly have good taste. I am following you.
@Kira; Oh goodness no. You should go talk to P or Stardust. They love it too. c: @Rissy; Thank you! That means a lot coming from you. I didn't use curves on any of these, but I usually use the Dark or High Contrast depending on the colors, if I do use them. I used saturation for brightness. And I usually duplicate the avatar, guassian blur and soft-light or overlay at low-opacity. If I want a certain color to stick out more, or be brighter, I'll use a new layer and trace over the spots (that I want to be brighter) with a lighter color. Then I set that layer to color, or whatever helps. @Makaze; Here you go. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. I will continue working at it, and hopefully improve. :)
