The Story of Humanity

Long before the Age of Man had come to truly pass, there was a group of animals. These animals were diffrent, changed by a being they called "The One", who by feeding off of the negative energy humanity itself had brewed during years of war, changed them into humanoid creatures. For, in there eyes, he was without peer. The One had only one altar, and it was a volcano located in where the first animals had evolved. Years passed, man was enslaved, and attempted rebel.

Though rebllion failed. All seemed lost.

More years passed, humanity started to thin out, earning them the title Original Sin, which some thought they deserved.

Then, a child was born. Some say it was a child of fate who had no father but destiny. Years passed, the child grew hatred against the animals rivaling the negative energy they had evolved with. This child slowly learned the brutality of the animals, and learned how to fight like them. Wishing to overthrow them, the man sought the altar and arrived. There, he found a black armor that seemd to call to him, the man answered the call, and put it on. Right after he finished putting on the last piece of the armor, the helmet, one of The One's legion of followers came in.

Seeing the black armor, and seeing red eyes coming out of its cursed helm, they ran like the vengeance of there idol was upon them.

The armor was cursed. Cursed to make whoever wore it follow The One and become his living embodiment and seek out destruction. The man tried to resist The One's will, but with every passing day the helmet grew heavier. The man knew if the helmet grew any heavier, his skull would be crushed, and he would thus die. All hope seemed lost yet again. The man gatherd up the Seven Tribes and spoke. He would attempt to lead the army into one final battle. The night before the battle, he met a fair maiden that with the power of their love, the black hatred of the helm was broken and it fell off. The man was joyed.

Though good times never last for long, do they?

The next night in the battle, The One himself appeared in the embodiment of a man who wore similar armor to the black armor. All seemed lost when The One started to summon legions upon legions of demons.

The man, seeing no other choice, put on his helm and faced The One in one on one combat. The One was barely defeated and humanity won the battle.

Though a discovery was made with this, seeing as the man had more trouble taking the armor off then he did last time, a Elder Mage examined it closely and saw that he could take it off, but it would be the last time he did so.

The man feared for humanity. For, if The One came back, who would save them? What if the armor fell into the wrong hands? After one last meeting with the Seven Tribes, they appointed one to lead them all, and he got his horse and set out on the road. He left the woman he had met in tears, and she called him the name Bane. He had never thought he needed a title, though he thought it fit since every where he went, he caused and brought pain.

Years passed. The Seven Tribes remained, but Bane knew he should of died. The armor would not let him. Thus was his curse.

Now the Seven Tribes must come together again and stop The One in one final war. How will the story of humanity be written? In blood?

The Seven Tribes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Mages- Spell casters, the highest ranking and usually oldest are called Elder Mages.

Archers- Uses bows and arrows. Some have the ability to enchant their arrows and enhance their aim.

Warriors- They live and die by their sword.

Druids- Users and preservers of nature.

Mercenaries- Loyal usually to only those that pay the most. Made up of a bit of each tribe.


Animals- Those that are hybrids between humanity and animals, and those that can shapeshift into animals.

Necromancers- Raise the Dead, uses poison and other spells involving spirits, bones, and such.


Renegades- They don't belong in any tribe, and are thus not added to the seven, though they stick together because of so.

Each tribe has there own land, and places where they can all meet.

Minions of The One

Vampires- Usually like the night better, stronger then some humans and some can turn into bats.

Wherewolves- Sometimes human, sometimes wolf.

Demon- Just a general term. Be creative.

Wild Animal- Like Demons, a general term.

Humans- Those that have sworn allegiance to The One's and now serve him.

Undead- Reanimated corpes that serve The One. Can be hybrids between corpses.

Other: She is kind enough, and is fair of temper. The men who see her call her "The Gods Beauty Blade". She can be quite deadly, but is caring towards women and children.

History:Her mother died a day after her birth and her father had abandoned them long before to follow the One. She's relied on the others but is able to stand up on her own when she can and must.
Other:Knowing her mother died of a broken heart, she's built up her hatred into a vow of revenge on those who dare hurt the innocent. She's dark and pessimistic, but she still has a good spirit in her.

History: As a boy he was trained in use of the sword in his tribe, over the ages his father would create many grand weapons that the warriors have used. When his father sought to create a greater weapon he ventured off with his son to seek weapons of legend, on their travels they came across a cave that held a magnificent but dangerous sword. When they found the sword it was rested on an alter but they where not the only one who sought the sword as a demon was too. The demon killed the boys father and the boy ended up killing the demon with the sword it sought. The boy stuck with the sword soon realising its power came with a curse.
Other: one is the loneliest number that there ever was

Bane and The One will probably be controlled by me for some time. I'll probably add OC sheets for them later.

BIC: Bane sighed as he enterd the next town. The nights had been rough, and yet still they grew rougher. He wonderd if his sufferring would ever end. After passing some people, he began to wonder what eternal punishment was like and if he was possibly already experiencing it.

 

Baron sat deep in the woods. the only place he felt at home. unwelcomed in his home village he built a little hut deep in the woods away from everyone. He Suddenly stands up picks up his sword, and walks towards his old village.​

 

Elysia sighed, looking up at the sky as she walked aimlessly through her village, a loose grip on her staff. When revenge wasn't on her mind, only sorrowful thoughts plagued it. She was lost admist the thoughts when suddenly her staff bumped into a tree. Snapping back to attention, rage filled her once more. "There has to be a way..." was all she muttered, before heading back to the village, back to packing.
