The Rescue is a great movement to make a statement against Kony's child soldiers. The war going on in Africa can't be stopped single-handedly. I didn't mean it as advertising. I just wanted people who are interested in helping a good cause to have a chance to do so. I only mentioned Tri to make it clear that that is the program that calls for donations, not the Rescue. I wasn't actually telling people to sign up for it. But if this is really such a bad thing, then feel free to remove it.
My brother's going to the one in Edingburgh, I was going to go but I prefer to help from the sidleines rather than doing the big stuff.
Thanks to everyone who participated. For anyone who cares, Salt Lake City (where I was) was Rescued in 6 hours! But most of us stayed overnight anyways. Chicago was the last city to get Rescued. It took 6 DAYS for them. Their goal was to get Oprah to come out, and she sure took her sweet time. D< Well, at least she showed. Overall, the Rescue was sucessful. Again, THANK YOU! =D
