    I believe you mean user title yes?

    the thing under your name?

    it changes depending on how many posts you have, the exact names and post quota's I cannot remember, they're around here somewhere....

    once you get 1000 posts (and have 100 rep) you become a pink(premium) member who can change their title at will.
