The new alice in wonderland world?

some people hate alice in wonderlands world and i never really minded it. but i think the new one would be cool to play in. For KH3 because i think that a live action setting would look much nicer on the PS3 rather than 3ds even tho trons world looks awesome on 3DS. I think fighting the red queens guard, the bandersnatch, and the jabberwocky would be awesome! any thoughts?

 

I suppose it is a possibility given that it's a Disney film technically, but I prefer that the Kingdom Hearts series sticks to classic Disney. Obviously I know that's not always the case (Port Royal, Tron, etc.), but I'm not really looking for hyper-realistic graphics in a Kingdom Hearts games. I never saw the movie, though, (not a Tim Burton fan at all), so I can't speak for how it would fit into the Kingdom Hearts series.

 

If they would be able to tie it in as a sequel to Wonderland's role in the previous games, then it is possible. The only problem I would see is the consistency in regards to the settings of the respective films - as, if I recall correctly, the Tim Burton interpretation is accordingly more dark and distorted, so to speak. (but alas, what else is one to expect from Mr. Burton!)

Of course, it would be easy to justify this through the actions of the antagonist. I shall agree it would be a fun idea, however!

 

The greatest stumbling block, I think, is Alice. Tim Burton's version is very different, not to mention older. There are other inconsistencies, but none of them are quite as irksome as that. Some creative license would clear them right up. The Jabberwocky would make an excellent boss, I'd imagine, and Alice might actually be available as an ally in battle, possibly starting out weak and gaining a power-up of some sort à la Ping/Mulan. I could picture them doing this, but the real question, isn't it, is would they do it well?

 

I don't think it'll work out right. I just can't imagine Sora in a place like that. The movie was definitely not made for Disney fans.
