The one of Final Fantasy 10 when you fight against Penance/Possesed Aeons and the one from .hack G.U when you're fighting a Extra Boss. Anyone know their names?

I can't help with FFX because I didn't get very far yet (At all...Lol XD), but as for .hack//G.U., I think you might be thinking of the Abyss Quest Battle theme (they didn't bother to give all of the songs very creative names) -- Track 32 on the first OST. Otherwise, could you give an example of a boss fight (and what volume) the song is in? Or do you just mean regular mission bosses?
The .hack song i meant is the one that play on the boss of the extra Sidequest of every .hack G.U. volume. But i don't remember their names. And you know the name of the song that plays when you fight Endrance Avatar on Vol.1?
Yeah, I think that would be the Abyss Quest Battle theme. By sidequest you mean the one that has those nutcases trying to revive the lord of the dead, right? XD And yes, that song is called "She" (the quotations are part of the title), track twenty-four on the second disk of the first OST.
I know i'm kinda asking too much but,anyone knows the name of the music that play on: The fight on .hack G.U vol 1 against Pi(avatar). The normal battles of Eternal Sonata. And in the last stage (Babylon story) of Sonic Riders:Zero Gravity?
