The Liek Tournament

((Hey everyone! I’m in the mood for some good plot less fighting, so I thought a tournament would be fun. Now, as judge, I will not be fighting in the tournament. All right, the rules:

1. As usual, no power playing or godmoding, or any of those other naughty things bad role-players like to do. I do watch for this.
2. The judges have the right to remove your character from the tournament, but will only do so if there is extreme need.
3. NO MAGIC, this tournament is going to be based on your characters talent with a weapon, not how well they can read each other’s mind or protect themselves with barriers.
4. Use Logic.
A. If you throw something, you give your opponent a chance to react.
B. If you’ve been hurt, your character IS weakened, even if slightly.
C. No killing.
D. If you're fatally wounded, (i.e. hole through the stomach or the chest), you lose the match.
E. Yes, you have limits, no one is invincible.
5. Your weapon also has limits.
A. True the larger the weapon the more damage it does, the wider the range, but the ways to attack are more limited than those of a smaller weapon. While smaller weapons make smaller wounds; the wielder can move faster and get in closer to deal more attacks.
B. There is a limit of five weapons, per person, remember the more weapons a character holds, the more weight they have to carry, though it can depend on the weapon.
C. Long range/throwing weapons (i.e. bow and arrows; throwing stars; kunai; etc.), count as one, but there is a limit of 20 stars/arrows/knives, and you can only have ONE long range/throwing weapon.
6. I will be timing each fight and if they go beyond one week (seven days), I will be forced to stop the fight and call it, so that everyone has a chance.

I think that’s it except play fair and have fun!

A young woman in jeans embroidered with flowers and a cute flower T-shirt, walked into in the arena. Her blue eyes bright with excitement; her blonde hair was in ringlets to her shoulders, that bounced as she walked.
â€Hey! I’m Khandi! I’m announcer and judge of this tournament. So, welcome! Let’s go!! I hope you all know the rules. Talk to me to sign up, okay? I’ll be waiting!!!â€
With that she went to a corner, and sat at the desk to wait.

((Okay, see how Khandi was introduced? I’d like to see you do that or something like it; it’s okay if you don’t. I’d just like to see as little OOC as possible. Hope you join!

P.S. There may or may not be a prize for the winner. I may ask the winner if they have a request or people may suggest things. Keep in mind I cannot draw, I am a terrible graphic artist, the main thing that I am sure I have some talent for is writing. XD))

 

Pulling back her hair and shoving it back in the dark cloak that she wore to protect her identity ,as she walked Dark Lancer heard the announcer and made her way to the young women.Approaching her she quickly put away her ice lance and tried to smile nicely.
"I would like to sign up"

riku sora kairi own (can i shorten that to riskown?) heard the announcer and rushed to the arena. He wore black jeans he had long black and purple hair he wore a black t- shirt on which there was a picture of the hex star symbol with a skull on it, through which there was a purple snake. he wore a black cape and black boots. his cape rustled as he walked. He enjoyed listening to bands like nightwish, evanescence, linkin park, cradle of filth, bullet for my valentine, iron maiden etc.

"this place is too light" he though "it could do with being a bit more dark" he walked over to he desk and signed up.

 

Walks away from the announcer noticing Riku Sora Kiari Own. "Hmp Competion looks tough but all is well"Dark Lancer said leaning against a wall in the shadows of the stands. 'Wonder what thier gonna make us do after all the sign ups....' Dark Lancer wondered taking compact spell books out of her cloak pocket and putting then in a small sack then setting the sack down under the stands. Out of no where a small creature comes out of the sack as Dark Lancer Quickly made it disappear.

 

Risk own quickly turned around and examined the other person closely "i sense black magic" he said eying her carefully before turning to sneak his book of hexes from his bag into his jacket. He then threw away his sack.

 

Dark Lancer sighed as she prepared her battle plan without magic though it was no use because magic is her strong point as fighting is her weakness.
Out of no where again the small creature popped out again and ran over to Riku Sora Kairi Own as Dark Lancer tried to stop it.
"Kilia no!"
Sighing Dark Lancer walked over to retrive Kilia muttering.
"Stupid no good demon"

 

"DEMON" he cried he had heard dark lancer "darkness vanquish" he shouted expelling the demon from this reality he hated the fact he was not allowed to use magic but he accepted it.

"Kilia!"Dark Lancer stepped back as her demon pet disappeared. Her eyes widen as she noticed two cloaked figures walk in.
"Damn not here." Dark Lancer quickly pushed past Riku Sora Kairi Own ripping off her black cloak and throwing it to the ground revealing her true form.

Sighs with relief as Dark Lancer evaded the dark cloaked guys.
"When does the first match start!?"She muttered turning around and noticing Seth.

risk own sighed he knew she was a person of ice he could sense it but something seemed strange about her. he wen't below the arena at least it was dark there.

 

Dark Lancer heard the first being call unfortunally she wasnt in it. For a time she thought about watching it before actally deciding to. Leaning against the rail of a grand stand she watched contentally. Dark Lancer soon become bored and started playing with her summoned ice serpents.
"When does my turn start...." she thought before letting the summoned creatures melt as she watched the tournment again.

 

risk own rushed out he had heard something being announced "oops" he thought and leant against a wall arms folded he began chanting random hexes and sending them to random people

 

Dark Lancer was sure to think she was being called next but she didnt.
"Come on......"She muttered watching the new round.
'Im probally at the end again.'She thought walking closer to the tournment, having her new demon pet follow her. She wonder if pets we also allowed and her new battle plan. The announcer announced when the next match was in and who was in it.

Dark Lancer heard her name for the draw.
"Yes"She teleprted to the middle of the battle feild waiting to see who her opponet was.
As she waited she disspelled her demon pet and enchanted her lance.
'No one ever said no enchantment'she smiled think to her self.
