Great, great work. What I like about this is that it's a classic black and white. Not only that, but the little dots that you added here and there really make it shine. The way you have the character positioned is also interesting, and while we're on the subject, he looks similar to someone from Final Fantasy. Overall, though, 10/10.
I feel like it's almost a little bit heavy on the bottom and light on the top. The glowy text is gorgeous and all the textures are lovely. Not very keen on the bright area over his arm, either. Just too heavily bright. I love the little lights. I think they add a nice flow.
This overall looks appealing to the eye. There are some jagged lines that could be smoothed over a bit, and there is a bit much light near the arm and to the left that could be a little less. You did set him to the background well, so great job.
He looks really cool! That black and white is different but I think it really fits. The background is really cool. I really really do love seeing your art. It is so amazing! Cool Luck with your next project!
