Alright, this is a theory I had when I first saw the Red and Black Unknown in one of those scans. Do you guys remember that keyblade that was made from the 7 princesses hearts ? You know, the dark keyblade ? Now this might sound completly wierd, but since that keyblade was made from hearts, maybe ( and this is a strong maybe ) the dark keyblade took the form of a human. To prove this theory: the dark keyblade is red and black and so is this guys suit, also Xehanort's heartless used this blade.

Notice that the dark keyblade don't have a keychain, In my opinion, it don't have a keychain because it's made from hearts. The same can be said for the AU's keyblades, they don't have keychains because there made from hearts.

I think the AU goes out looking for the keyblades with keychains for some purpose which would explain the field of keyblades. Either to stop something from happening or to bring chaos to the worlds. I'm basing this of that saying in the secret ending, " One legend says the wielder saved the world while another says that he brought chaos and ruin upon it " I'm not sure, but I think that the AU are from the past, but they traveled to the future to complete something or make sure something gets completed.

What you guys think about this theory ?

Oh yeah, AU means armored unknown for those who don't know. In that scan with the bald guy, the guy next to him is the red and black unknown or RBU. Sorry for not mentioning it before.

Also, the last bit about it all started from a dream.... Hello! Sora had a dream the day before his recieving the Keyblade... in a dreamy-realistic world known as (according to the official game guide) Dive to the Heart... Where he chose the form he wished his heart would take, (warrior, guardian, mystic) and got some mysterious tips about the nature of the heart, and of darkness... and then the next night he recieved the Keyblade... Roxas also did that... but he struggled mor e with his Nobody heritage than anything... and recovered a Keyblade moments after appearing in this version of the world.. PLUS, Sora & Roxas had their climactic battle here... from time to time, (if one should notice from the video) the scenery shifts to the same scene seen when Sora opens a new pathway to other worlds.. So... is this world just a dream world, useful for such things as fighting your inner self/nobody, or is it an other-worldy battle-field built for Keyblade fights?

I don't think this world is a battle ground for keyblade masters. I would rather say it's like a test. A test to figure out who are the true keyblade masters. I think Riku and Mickey went through the same trail. Also I don't think that this place is a physical place, but more mental. When Roxas fights Sora in that realm, Roxas was already fused with Sora ( or inside of Sora ) which is why Donald and Goofy couldn't see Roxas. I think it was a battle of who knowed more about the keyblade more then anything. ^_^

I agree. It's where keyblade warriors prove their worth. That's why its called "The Awakening." Roxas, Sora, and Riku all had to go through this in their respective games. It's their acceptance into becoming warriors, or something. Sora and Roxas were battling each other to become the one and only Kingdom Key Master.

Yep, that's what I was saying. Roxas wanted to be the keyblade master, he wanted Sora's place. ^_^
