When for the first time you have broken your Ipod Touch Screen and feel like an idiot for dropping it in the first place. It still works however I was just wondering if there is a way I could fix it. Despite the fact that I really doubt it.

There are plenty of replacements made for touch screen devices. You can go to the Apple Store in your area and ask them to replace your iPod for a certain cost, and they will even transfer your data over right there.
Or, if you don't feel like paying a heft $100 for the replacement, you can always buy the replacement screen and get someone to fix it for you. My younger brother accidentally broke his screen once and we replaced the screen for a quarter of the cost, but it still isn't the same. And he has to keep a case on it at all times, or else the screen will fall off the device itself.
All in all, there is hope for your iPod yet, do not give up. c:

What exactly has broken on it? if it still works it can't be too bad, is it just a screen crack?

Here at least the apple store is usually really helpful when it comes to fixing cracks and breaks, it might cost you a wee bit though if your warranty is up.
