That moment when

the topic up for debate in class today is the positive and negative influences of the internet and people start to talk about online relationships and how "online friends aren't actual friends because there isn't that physical interaction" and I'm like "b-b-b-but"...



And then I decide to stay quiet because I'm a socially awkward penguin and I can't articulate my thoughts quickly enough.

 

Don't worry, I have a few friends I only know because of the internet who I trust and care for more than a lot of people I know in person. Hell, if not for the distance, I'd probably date one or two of them by now.

Not at the same time.

 

but my friends online are better friends than any friend i've had ~in real life~

 

I'm not the type who tries to make a open relationship

 

It all depends on the depth of the friendship. One is not better than the other.
