Tenacious D

the best band ever

 

When was the last time they made a song? I have heard anything about them in like forever.

 

two years back i think........ but still there the best^^

 

Fair enough, I did enjoy a good few of their songs.

 

They're okay, but I've noticed that they haven't played any good songs without help from the bigger rockstars like Dio, Dave Grohl and Meatloaf.

 

I thought they only made like one song.
Anyway, it was awsome ;D

 

They made loads of songs. They actually had a full album. Your probably thinking of there song the pick of destiny. But they also made the metal which was on guitar hero 3. And another big one by them was tribute. And ditto Xemnas_14 Tenacious D is a pretty awesome band.

 

Ah, yes, good old Tenacious D. Jack Black is so funny, whether he's acting or performing.

 

personally my favorite songs from him r on the pick of destiny CD i have memorized the lyrics to all the songs on there cd it is a little wierd to sing the final showdown/that other wierd name for the song........but yeah they haven't been updating because Jack Black is playing a new movie i think releases summer......the movie is alo freaking hilarious!

 

I enjoy Wonderboy, The Pick of Destiny and The Metal.

Isn't Dave Grohl their drummer?

Tenacious D ftw. Didn't like the second album as much as the first though.

 

A friend once sent me their song "**** Her Gently." We had a good laugh, but that's as much as I know about their band. I do want to see that Pick of Destiny movie, but I have yet to find the chance to watch it. They're pretty good I suppose.
