One day, I want to make an anothology of poems, written songs, and short stories into one book and publish it. But here, I will only be putting the poems. Introductory Poem 11/15/08 When the poet is gone,And the love stuck with air, The building is left,Feeling naught but despair. But yet he returns,The verity strong, The paradox waits,Yet starts a new song. When requiems sing,And monstrosities fall, You can't help but thinkOf the heavenly call. God has given us hope,He's shed a new light, Ridding us darkness,Without jealousy or fight. Time can't draw near,For it's a mile from tacks, Walking in sadness,With the sadism it lacks. So if you know what is good,Come away from the cold, And down by our fire,Where great stories are told. Remembrance 12/07/08 One sky, one destiny. Whilst the zephyr of light comes slow, The light of the darkness will not see, For the dark of the light shall know, The truth is not quite to be. One land, one fortune. A difference, I see, in the unseen, An unfathomable thing to believe, Illogic is not in fact but in faith, Something I'll stand by and not leave. One ocean, one revelation. Truth takes no solid form, as you know, The miracles from it are quite true, On the contrary, we speak it today, Or is it God's words, albeit without hue? A LOVE FOR ALL THAT IS LOST 06/07/08 In prayer, in thought In love, shan’t rot Blue birds, yellow bees Pink hearts are keys A love is lost A story, it’s tossed A tale is skipped A lie is lipped A desire is tame The lie is lame It came and turned The followers, they learned A false tale has spread Its evils are led By a girl who’s smart A demon, no heart But deep inside there The girl with hair In chest it has slept Softly it is kept. A heart, not black The heart shan’t lack A love hid unknown The love curled bone. A love shouldn’t see The heart inside of me Its color is navy blue Beware the hidden hue. The Carnival of Spring 04/11/08 Rose petals from the sky Coming down slowly from the trees But be careful not to be stung When running by the bees. When The Carnival of Spring comes, Cherry blossoms bloom. When that time comes, my friend, Outside there’s lots of room. When The Carnival of Spring comes, Flowers fill the sky with joy, With their pleasuring aroma you will smell Singing happily with a boy. When The Carnival of Spring comes, There’s lots of stuff to create. But know this my fellow friend, There’s nothing of Spring to hate. The Different Seasons 04/11/08 Falling, falling, falling again. In Spring. In Fall. In Winter. It’s beauty like no other Petals. Leaves. Snow. But nothing compares as well As an early Summer’s glow.
These poems are so good. Its not hard for me to believe you could accomplish that anthology of yours. These are sweet, but some look very serious and some light-hearted.
