So I have to do a CD booklet for a photoshop class. And I am doing a continus picture in which I will connect these later. I just want feed back and CnC. These are the cover and the first page. Each page will have a different musician. Please just give me opinions, and suggestions on making it better. ^ found a new text that I want to use so I know it will match better, and that is not the complete title, I just needed something.
The text on the first one doesn't look like it blends well... That's all I can find that I don't like about it.
Yea I already changed it, to give it more depth but I am to lazy to upload it, thanks though. Anyone else got something to add.
ah omfg, I'm loving the second one. Text on first one sux ***, though, btw. :\\ but omg, the second one is awesome. >: But to get picky, the color of the staff that's swirling around him isn't the right color. :3 and it would be a plus if you put music notes on the staff.
The first one seems too grunged up. Duplicate the text layer and set it on overlay. And lose some of the colors there, too much color is bad. A quick part away here looks good. And add some paint splatters, it'll make it hawterr. The second one is a hell damn awesome. It's really good dude. The only problem is that the staff around him shouldn't come from the bottom left. It should come top up to Tom Morello. Try to push it back, or make the bottom left less visible. Otherwise hawtttt.
The first one has too much colors, and like Split said, duplicate the text layer and set it to Overlay, the second one looks a lot better, but make the pentool smaller, maybe stroke with a 1-3 px hard brush, and I don´t like where it comes, but still GJ on that one.
