    Hi, I'm currently farming synthesis stuff to make lots of Power and Defense boosts for the Hades Paradox Cup, but I CAN'T FIND THE DEFENSE BOOST RECIPE! PLZ HELP MEH!

    You're gonna need the gaurd recipe for that one.

    It's found during the Expotition minigame at the 100 Acre Wood. The chest containing the pages that unlock the Spooky Cave part of the 100 Acre Wood is in the Land of Dragons, in the Emperor's throne room. It becomes available during your second visit to Mulan's world.

    The materials you'll need are: 1 Mythril Crystal, 3 Blazing Crystals, 3 Lightning Crystals and 3 Lucid Crystals.
